智通财经APP获悉，3月13日美股盘前，迅雷(XNET.US)公布了2024年第四季度业绩。财报显示，迅雷Q4营收8430万美元，同比增长9.3%；净亏损为 990 万美元，而 2023 年同期净利润为 370 万美元；每股ADS亏损为 0.16 美元，上年同期每股ADS收益为0.06美元。
非公认会计准则下，第四季度净利润为1130万美元，上年同期净利润为450万美元；摊薄后每股ADS收益为 0.18 美元，上年同期每股ADS收益为0.07美元。
按业务划分，迅雷四季度订阅收入为3440万美元，同比增长9.0%；云计算收入为2270万美元，同比下降25.6%；直播及其他互联网增值服务收入为2720万美元，同比增长80.7%。
迅雷第四季度识别并记录了 2070 万美元的商誉减值，主要由于 2024 年末的云计算业务收入大幅下降，并且该趋势被评估为具有持续影响，因此反映在 2024 年底进行的商誉定量减值测试中。
截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日，迅雷拥有现金、现金等价物和短期投资为 2.875 亿美元，而截至 2024 年 9 月 30 日为 2.72 亿美元。增加的主要原因是银行借款所得款项和经营活动产生的净现金流入，部分被股票回购支出和长期投资预付款所抵消。
对于2025年第一季度，迅雷预计总营收在8500万美元至8900万美元之间，中间值环比增长约3.2%。
