　　3月13日，呼和浩特近日发布育儿补贴项目实施细则，对符合条件的家庭生育一孩一次性发放育儿补贴1万元；生育二孩发放育儿补贴5万元；生育三孩及以上发放育儿补贴10万元。

　　受此消息影响，今日港股乳制品、辅助生殖等婴孩概念股集体上攻，锦欣生殖强势涨超26%。截至发稿，现报3.19港元，成交额达11.45亿港元。

　　对于“发放育儿补贴政策”相关情况，深圳市有关部门回应称：“目前国家卫生健康委正在会同有关部门研究育儿补贴实施方案，我市将根据国家部署积极稳妥做好落实。”据悉，深圳市将完善生育支持政策体系和激励机制，扩大普惠托育服务供给，加快建设生育友好型社会、儿童友好城市。健全覆盖全人群、全生命周期的人口服务体系，促进人口高质量发展。从全国来看，今年政府工作报告指出，制定促进生育政策，发放育儿补贴，大力发展托幼一体服务，增加普惠托育服务供给。

　　中信证券研报认为，与现行试点相比，呼和浩特市的生育补贴年均补贴额度有所提升，且补贴周期较长。预计全国生育补贴政策或将落地，若按照呼和浩特补贴标准外推全国范围测算，预计2025年-2027年涉及财政补贴资金规模901亿元、1363亿元、1825亿元，相比国际水平或仍有差距。
