　　2025年3月14日，股指期货全线上涨，沪深300股指期货（IF）主力合约涨2.92%，上证50股指期货（IH）主力合约涨3.28%，中证500股指期货（IC）主力合约涨2.45%，中证1000股指期货（IM）主力合约涨2.48%。

　　三大指数放量反弹，沪指涨近2%，创指涨近3%。板块方面，消费板块集体走高，乳业方向爆发，骑士乳业30cm涨停，熊猫乳业、西部牧业等集体涨停；大金融板块全线走强，保险股领涨，天茂集团、新华保险双双涨停；海工装备概念午后强势，克莱特30cm涨停，中科海讯、海兰信等盘中涨停；人形机器人概念反弹，雷赛智能、五洲新春等午后涨停。总体来看，个股呈普涨态势，上涨个股超4400只。 截至收盘，沪指报3419.56点，涨1.81%；深成指报10978.30点，涨2.26%；创指报2226.72点，涨2.80%。 盘面上，乳业、保险、饮料制造板块涨幅居前，军工电子板块跌幅居前。
