【北京基础设施REITs意向储备项目征集启动 对人工智能、数据中心等项目进行重点梳理储备】金十数据3月14日讯，北京市发展改革委近日面向社会公开征集基础设施REITs意向储备项目。支持注册地位于北京市的各类市场主体申报，有关企业可以梳理北京市内资产组成项目，也可整合跨省区市资产组成项目。领域范围包括交通基础设施、新型基础设施等13个领域，对于人工智能、数据中心、智慧城市等新型基础设施，科技创新产业园区，养老，清洁能源，文化旅游等领域项目进行重点梳理储备。新型基础设施包括：数据中心类、人工智能基础设施项目，5G、通信铁塔、物联网、工业互联网、宽带网络项目，智能交通、智慧能源、智慧城市项目。
