PagerDuty Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rise; Shares Jump After Hours

PagerDuty (PD) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.22 per diluted share, up from $0.17 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16.

Revenue in the three months ended Jan. 31 rose to $121.4 million from $111.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $119.7 million.

The company expects Q1 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.18 to $0.19 on revenue of $118 million to $120 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.19 on revenue of $121.2 million.

The company expects fiscal year 2026 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.90 to $0.95 on revenue of $500 million to $507 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.89 on revenue of $510.7 million.

The company's shares rose 9.6% in after-hours trading.
