MSA Safety Chief Financial Officer Lee McChesney Resigns

MSA Safety (MSA) said late Thursday that Lee McChesney, appointed chief financial officer in October 2022, is leaving the company to "accept a similar position at another public company."

The company said it accepted McChesney's resignation, which will become effective on March 21.

Elyse Brody, executive director of financial planning, analysis, and strategy, has been appointed interim CFO while the company searches for McChesney's replacement, MSA said.
