智通财经APP讯，意达利控股(00720)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占综合亏损约9600万港元至1.06亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公司拥有人应占综合亏损约1.79亿港元。
董事会认为，上述所预期于本期间的公司拥有人应占综合亏损减少主要由于(i)本期间不利市况导致透过损益按公平值计量的集团于一间联营公司的投资的未变现公平值亏损减少至约7600万港元，而去年同期此亏损约为1.21亿港元;及(ii)去年同期投资物业的未变现公平值亏损约5260万港元转为本期间投资物业的未变现公平值收益约2600万港元。上述公平值亏损╱收益属非现金性质。
