Rept Battero Energy (HKG:0666) has completed the filing of its application to convert 567 million domestic unlisted shares into H shares on Thursday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Once converted, the H shares will be listed on the Hong Kong bourse.
The Chinese lithium-ion battery manufacturer has yet to finalize the details to implement the conversion.
