智通财经APP讯，禹洲集团(01628)发布公告，预期本集团于报告期将会取得约人民币97.16亿元的总收入，与截至2023年12月31日止年度取得约人民币214.77亿元的总收入相比下降约55%，减少乃主要由于中国房地产行业持续低迷，物业交付减少导致来自销售物业的收入减少。另外，预期本集团于报告期将会取得亏损净额约人民币135亿元至人民币150亿元及股东应占亏损净额约人民币106亿元至人民币121亿元，而2023年则取得亏损净额约人民币143.09亿元及股东应占亏损净额约人民币105.21亿元。
董事会认为报告期内的估计亏损主要是由于受不利的宏观市场环境及房地产行业低迷的影响，导致在报告期本集团已交付项目的毛利减少;受市场环境影响，导致本公司部分房地产项目存在减值迹象，基于谨慎性原则计提的存货及其他资产减值拨备增加和投资物业公允值亏损;大量财务成本无法资本化;及人民币兑美元的持续贬值，本集团境外美元票据产生汇兑亏损。报告期内股东应占亏损净额增加乃由于销售收益减少及非控股权益应占亏损净额减少。
