智通财经APP讯，中信资源(01205)发布公告，由于罗兵咸永道会计师事务所自2021年起担任公司核数师，罗兵咸永道将于现有任期届满时退任核数师一职，由公司应届股东周年大会结束时开始生效，且不会寻求获得续聘。
董事会根据审核委员会的推荐建议，决议建议聘任毕马威会计师事务所为新任核数师。聘任毕马威会计师事务所为新任核数师的事宜将于罗兵咸永道自2025年股东周年大会结束起退任后以普通决议案形式提呈2025年股东周年大会以待股东批准，有关任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束时止。
