智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体走高，截至发稿，中国金茂(00817)涨9.73%，报1.24港元；融信中国(03301)涨8.06%，报0.335港元；世茂集团(00813)涨6.86%，报1.09港元；融创中国(01918)涨6.7%，报1.91港元；碧桂园(02007)涨5.15%，报0.51港元。
消息面上，近期多地楼市热度升温。麟评居住大数据研究院发布的楼市监测数据显示，从累计成交套数的数据同比看，1至2月在重点监测的14城当中，12个城市均上升。其中，一线城市的累计同比大于二线城市。上周，重点10城二手住宅成交量为20024套，同比上升38.45%。从月内累计成交来看，2025年3月1日至9日，重点10城二手住宅成交21755套，较2024年3月同期上涨26%。
交银国际认为，行业止跌回稳目标明确，低基数下关注后续“小阳春”楼市表现。2月内地延续宽松的房地产政策导向。在中央层面，中央政治局会议再次强调要稳住楼市股市。尽管目前传统淡季的影响仍未完全出清，但在低基数的背景下，该行预计3月小阳春成色可期，应持续关注各线城市之间、国/民企之间的分化情况。
