智通财经APP讯，IDT INT'L(00167)发布公告，认购事项的所有先决条件经已达成，完成已于2025年3月13日根据认购协议的条款及条件落实。配售事项的完成与完成同时间落实。
紧接完成前，本公司有4333.32万股已发行新股份。于完成及配售事项完成后，3.12亿股新股份(占于本公布日期本公司(经配发及发行认购股份扩大的)已发行股本约72.1%)以缴足形式正式配发及发行予认购人;及7756.65万股新股份(占于本公布日期本公司(经配发及发行认购股份扩大的)已发行股本约 17.9%)根据配售事项以缴足形式正式配发及发行予不少于六名承配人(承配人)。因此，紧接完成及配售事项完成后有4.33亿股已发行新股份。
