【昆明：推广灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度试点】金十数据3月14日讯，昆明市人民政府办公室近日印发《昆明市2025年推动经济稳进提质政策措施》，其中提出，推动住房消费回暖。落实落细房地产存量和增量政策，支持房地产企业精准开展推介营销，鼓励中介机构提升经纪服务、房地产开发企业优化交易流程、金融机构创新特色金融产品，降低“以旧换新”置换成本。积极推动收购已建成未出售的存量商品房用作保障性住房。商业性个人住房贷款不再区分首套、二套住房，最低首付款比例统一为15%。进一步优化调整住房公积金贷款住房套数认定标准，推广灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度试点。
