Myer Holdings (ASX:MYR) appointed Kathy Karabatsas as chief financial officer, effective Friday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Karabatsas was CFO of David Jones and managing director of Lion Dairy & Drinks, the filing said.
The company also appointed Belinda Slifkas as chief merchandise officer, Mark Medwell as chief information officer, Darren Wedding as chief supply chain officer, and Megan Collins as chief people officer.
The company will report its fiscal first-half results on March 19, the filing added.
