路透香港3月14日 - 亚洲主要寿险商--友邦保险1299.HK周五称，去年度新业务价值同比上升18%至47.12亿美元创新高，并推出新一轮16亿美元股份回购。
公告显示，期内新业务价值利润率增加1.9个百分点至54.5%，年化新保费上升14%至86.06亿美元，公司拟派发末期股息每股1.3098港元。
友邦保险首席执行官兼总裁李源祥表示，去年的新业务价值创新高，盈利及产生的自由盈余增长强劲；在透过股息及股份回购向股东返还65亿美元后，每股内涵价值权益增加9%。
“ 所有报告分部均取得双位数字的增长，彰显我们业务的多元化及实力。”他说。
根据优化的资本管理政策，董事会亦公布了新一轮16亿美元股份回购，包括符合年度产生的自由盈余净额之75%目标派付率的6亿美元，以及定期检视集团资本状况后之额外的10亿美元。（完）
