九龙仓集团(00004.HK) 主席兼常务董事吴天海于业绩发布会上透露，集团现于葵涌码头兴建全新的现代化物流中心，预计项目须投资介乎50亿至60亿元，目标于2027年上半年完工。
吴天海表示，目前本港同类型的物流中心有两种，其中包括葵涌码头一带规模较大，不过于30至40年前落成的物流中心；以及不在码头附近或规模较细的物流中心。他认为，因应科技及客户近年出现很大变化，集团最新兴建的现代化物流中心将拥有较强的竞争力。
吴天海亦指，因邻近港口崛起及地缘政治因素加剧，导致本港港口地位于过去数十年一路退缩，海运港口同时亦面对不少压力，尤其今年2月起部分全球性船运公司重组路线，故预计今年本港港口吞吐量未必可保持去年水平。不过同一时间，中国与西方以外地区的贸易日益频繁，期望可弥补缺口，相信本港作为港口仍存在价值。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-13 16:25。)
