消息面上，3月13日，呼和浩特市卫健委发布当地生育补贴细则，其中最高单孩补贴可达10万元。花旗发布报告表示，呼和浩特发布的政策超出预期，预计短期内会有更多地方政府跟进，利好婴幼儿配方奶粉行业。花旗认为中国飞鹤等将受益。
中信证券则认为，与现行试点相比，呼和浩特市的生育补贴年均补贴额度有所提升，且补贴周期较长。预计全国生育补贴政策或将落地，若按照呼和浩特补贴标准外推全国范围测算，预计2025年-2027年涉及财政补贴资金规模901亿元、1363亿元、1825亿元，相比国际水平或仍有差距。
