联想集团(00992.HK) 于其微信公众号发文，指出集团反对“内卷”文化及996工作模式，即办公时间由早上9时至晚上9时、每周工作6天，称大部分员工日常都能准时下班，是集团的共识。董事会主席兼首席执行官杨元庆亦曾于2021年3月公开表示联想强调工作与生活的平衡，“旗帜鲜明地反对996”。
