智通财经APP讯，百得利控股(06909)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损不超过人民币2700万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度为公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币5680万元。
基于现时可得资料，董事会认为，公司于本年度的亏损主要是由于：(i)受宏观经济及市场情绪低迷影响，销售金额及平均售价下降，导致收益及溢利减少;及(ii)集团为从品牌及位置方面优化其全国布局而对经销店作出调整，导致相关资产的预期使用年期缩短及部分经销权加速摊销，因而产生无形资产及商誉的非现金撇销约人民币3790万元。
