新鸿基地产(00016)的天水围轻铁天荣站项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE，周四(13日)第三轮销售沽清108伙后，已即晚加推价单6号，提供86伙，连回赠计折实平均呎价约11,332元，较上一张价单高约1%。同时修订旧价单，将12伙加价最多2.4%，及安排下周二(18日)作第四轮销售，发售105伙价单单位。
价单6号的单位，涵盖一房至三房间隔，实用面积288至679方呎，扣除5%折扣及4%回赠后，折实价介乎约336.5万至约865.9万元，折实呎价约9,758至16,622元。该批售价最低单位为第1B座19楼B5室，实用面积288方呎一房，折实呎价约11,685元。
发展商同时修订价单1号及4号，将12伙单位加价介乎1.5%至2.4%。当中，第1A座11楼A5室，为实用面积447方呎两房，定价由485.2万元上调至496.84万元，最新折实价约453.1万元，折实呎价约10,137元。至于，第四轮销售将于周日(16日)晚上7时截票。
