STMicroelectronics Vice Chairman Resigns

STMicroelectronics said Maurizio Tamagnini, vice chairman of the company's supervisory board and former chair, is resigning from his role with immediate effect.

Tamagnini joined the European chipmaker's supervisory board in 2014 and served as chairman and vice chairman--a position he held since 2023--during his tenure, the company said late Wednesday.
