智通财经APP获悉，中国在线医疗平台石榴云医(PomDoctor)向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交首次公开募股（IPO）申请，拟融资至多1500万美元。该公司尚未披露定价条款。
石榴云医是中国慢性病在线医疗服务平台。截至2024年6月30日，该公司累计拥有超过21.2万名签约医生，开出了300多万张处方，以及68.3万名患者。
这家总部位于中国广州的公司成立于2010年，截至2024年6月30日的12个月里，其营收为4500万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“POM”。石榴云医于2021年9月30日秘密提交了申请。 Revere Securities是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
