美丽华酒店(00071)发布2024年全年业绩，收入同比上升12%至28.58亿港元;股东应占溢利约为7.466亿港元，同比下降23.6%;股东应占基础溢利同比上升1.2%至8.31亿港元;每股盈利及每股基础盈利分别为1.08港元及1.20港元;拟派发末期股息为每股30港仙。

据悉，2024年集团收入为28.58亿港元，较去年上升12%。集团四个业务板块表现稳健，旅游板块收入更比去年大增31.6%，表现亮丽。由于2024年集团投资物业公允值为净减值7670万港元，而2023年因集团当时拥有香槟大厦的权益按强拍售卖令体现其一次性投资物业增值1.595亿港元，故2024年投资物业公允值比2023年大幅下跌2.362亿港元，致使股东应占溢利(在计算投资物业公允值下)调整至7.466亿港元。
