格隆汇3月20日丨橙天嘉禾(01132.HK)公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度录得股东应占亏损净额不少于2.35亿港元，而上年度的亏损净额则为9,000万港元。
董事会认为，年度股东应占亏损净额增加主要由于以下各项的净影响所致：(i)出售集团于合营企业的权益的非经常性净收益约2.94亿港元；(ii)非金融资产减值亏损不少于4.35亿港元；及(iii)集团的综合毛利减少，导致集团的经营亏损增加。
