北京时间2025年3月20日，欢聚集团（NASDAQ：YY）发布2024年第四季度及全年财报。欢聚集团2024年第四季度营收5.494亿美元，全年营收达22.4亿美元。其中BIGO板块第四季度营收4.8亿美元，全年营收19.9亿美元，同比增长3.3%。

　　在非美国通用会计准则下，欢聚集团2024年全年经营利润1.361亿美元，同比增长4.2%；集团净利润2.985亿美元，同比增长2%，盈利水平连续第四年获得提升。

　　2024年全年，欢聚集团累计投入3.092亿美元用于回购，累计回购ADS股数高达921万，占2023年年底总股本的15.1%。在本次财报中，欢聚宣布新一轮季度股息派发计划。根据该计划，2025至2027年，欢聚将向登记在册的股东派发现金股息，金额为每季度5000万美元（对应每股美国存托股0.93美元），合计现金股息总额度达6亿美元。欢聚同时宣布新增3亿美元股票回购计划，有效期截止至2027年12月。

　　随着YY直播交易完成，欢聚集团也宣布将把纳斯达克股票交易代码从“YY”变更为“JOYY”，预计将于2025年3月31日起开始使用。
