消息面上，贝壳发布业绩，于2024年第四季度，该集团实现净收入总额311.25亿元人民币，同比增加54.05%；归属公司普通股股东的净利润5.7亿元，同比减少14.88%。2024年全年集团实现净收入总额934.57亿元，同比增加20.16%；归属公司普通股股东的净利润40.65亿元，同比减少30.91%。高盛表示，尽管其总交易额及收入超出预期，但盈利能力低于预期。高盛引述贝壳管理层指引，2024财年第四季的盈利能力会比正常情况弱，但该行认为盈利低于预期是由于增加策略性投资以继续扩大平台规模所致。
美银证券研报指出，贝壳去年第四季收入超出市场普遍预期，同比增长54%，主要来自于住房政策利好以及市场份额提升的推动，惟期内盈利表现逊预期，经调整净利润录13亿元人民币，对比市场预测为18亿元人民币，相信是受到毛利率下降及营运支出增加的拖累。该行估计，若剔除非经常性开支，贝壳上季经调整净利润率将达到约9%的健康水平。
