智通财经APP讯，康龙化成(03759)公布，为充分运用专业投资机构在行业内投资、研判的能力，提高公司投资能力，同时促进宁波医药行业的高质量发展，公司拟作为有限合伙人以自有资金认缴出资1亿元人民币参与投资宁波甬康股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(暂拟名称，以市场监督管理机关核定的名称为准，以下简称“基金”或“合伙企业”)。2025 年 3 月 19 日，公司签署了《关于宁波甬康股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(拟)之有限合伙协议》。
合伙企业将主要通过直接投资或受让既有基金份额的方式对由第三方管理人管理的私募股权基金和创业投资基金进行投资，主要关注宁波市的生命健康行业的项目。合伙企业标募集金额 5 亿元人民币(最终以实际募集金额为准)。
