格隆汇3月19日丨民生教育(01569.HK)公告，自2025年3月19日起生效：(i)执行董事兼董事会主席李学春不再担任提名委员会主席；(ii)独立非执行董事及提名委员会现任成员余黄成已获委任为提名委员会主席；及(iii)执行董事兼董事会副主席张卫平已获委任为提名委员会成员。经上述变动后，提名委员会将由余黄成(主席)、张卫平及陈毅生组成。
