新浪科技讯 3月20日上午消息，近日，珠海兴格城市发展有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由46.22亿人民币增至56.02亿人民币，增幅约21%，同时，部分主要人员也发生变更。

　　该公司成立于2021年1月，法定代表人为徐亿晓，经营范围含以自有资金从事投资活动、住房租赁、房地产咨询、房地产评估、市场营销策划、资产评估、工程管理服务等。股东信息显示，该公司由珠海格力集团有限公司全资持股。（罗宁）
