【深圳二手房录得量保持高位运行，房源在售量六连涨】金十数据3月18日讯，据深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2025年第11周（3月10日-3月16日），深圳全市二手房（含自助）录得1808套，环比下降0.2%。深圳市房地产中介协会指出，二手房录得量虽有小幅下滑，但从绝对值看，仍保持高位水平运行，市场热度持续。根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年3月17日，全市共有68530套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加868套。
