路透莫斯科3月19日 - 金融市场消息人士告诉路透，俄铝0486.HK已重新启动5亿元人民币（约合6916万美元）发债计划。该计划于2月底因欧盟禁止进口俄罗斯原铝而取消。
该消息人士称，俄铝计划下周进行招标。
俄铝上周表示，欧盟最新制裁措施对该集团的影响“不大”。
然而该公司警告称，持续的地缘政治不确定性，包括美国、欧盟和其他国家实施的制裁，可能会对销售渠道、用于生产的原材料以及供应链造成“重大限制”。 (完)
