协合新能源子公司签订7亿元融资租赁协议
3月20日，协合新能源（00182）发布公告，公司全资附属公司吉林协合与光大金租于2025年3月19日达成了一项融资租赁安排。
根据该协议，光大金租将向吉林协合购买设备，购买价为7亿元，并将设备租回给吉林协合，后者需按季支付租赁款。此次融资租赁安排的适用百分比率超出5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易。
租赁期为15年，吉林协合的首期季度租赁款适用利率为3%，假设整个租期内利率保持不变，租赁款总额将约为8.75亿元。此外，吉林协合在融资租赁协议下的责任将由全资附属公司提供保证，确保协议的履行。
