　　和黄医药公布全年业绩，收入总额6.3亿美元，同比下降24.8%；纯利3，773万美元，同比下滑62.6%。据悉，2023年1月，和黄医药与武田达成合作，交易金额达到11.3亿美元，其中首付款为4亿美元。来自这笔交易确认的收入是和黄医药2023年实现扭亏的关键因素，交易确认收入的下降也是导致和黄医药2024年营收净利双降的原因。
