3 月 20 日，加密交易平台 Bakkt 已任命 Akshay Naheta 为联席首席执行官兼董事会成员。此前，Akshay Naheta 曾在软银集团（SoftBank Group）担任高级管理职务，负责 ARM、Auto1 和 Nvidia 等技术投资。其离开软银后创办了分布式技术研究公司（DTR），目标是建立下一代全球支付基础设施。
此外，Bakkt 和 DTR 计划达成一项商业协议，将 DTR 基于稳定币的支付技术基础设施与 Bakkt 市场的加密交易和经纪技术相结合。
