　　协合新能源（00182）发布公告，于2025年3月19日，公司的全资附属公司吉林协合与光大金租协定融资租赁安排，据此，光大金租将向吉林协合购买设备，购买价为人民币7亿元，并将设备租回予吉林协合，而吉林协合需按季支付租赁款。

　　设备指用于发电站的若干风力发电设备（包括风电主机、塔筒及其他风电设备）。
