3 月 19 日，加密记者 Eleanor Terrett 在社交媒体上透露，在美国证券交易委员会（SEC）同意撤销对 Ripple 的上诉后，加密货币衍生品交易平台 Bitnomial 计划撤销其对 SEC 的诉讼。
Bitnomial 此前于去年 10 月起诉 SEC，原因是 SEC 声称对 Bitnomial 计划中的 XRP 期货合约拥有监管权。
Terrett 表示，Bitnomial 将在明日上午正式推出已获得美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）批准的 XRP 期货合约。
