【浙江：深入推进“好房子”建设，鼓励地方优化容积率计算等规定】金十数据3月17日讯，浙江省人民政府办公厅印发大力提振和扩大消费专项行动实施方案提出，深入推进“好房子”建设，鼓励地方优化容积率计算等规定，因地制宜增加改善性住房供给，有序推进现房销售，推动构建房地产发展新模式。支持缴存人提取个人账户住房公积金支付购买新建商品房首付款。推动落实住房交易税费优惠政策，加大信贷支持力度。支持农村自建房按规定翻新、翻建，推广一体式光伏屋顶。加大专项债券用于土地储备力度。鼓励地方国有企业以合理价格按需收购已建成存量商品房。2025年，实施城中村改造6万户。
