【环球网科技综合报道】3月19日，据路透社报道，德国工业巨头西门子近日宣布，将在其数字工业业务中裁减5600个工作岗位，以应对德国和中国市场需求的持续低迷。此次裁员占该业务全球员工总数的8%以上，是西门子自2017年以来宣布的最大规模裁员计划。

西门子表示，过去两年中，由于主要市场的需求疲软和竞争加剧，其工业自动化业务的订单和收入大幅减少。尽管数字工业业务曾是西门子的核心盈利部门，但如今也难免受到市场环境的冲击。

此次裁员中，德国本土将裁减2600个岗位，但西门子强调，公司仍然致力于将本国作为业务所在地。同时，西门子还计划在其电动汽车充电业务中裁减450个岗位，占该业务员工总数的三分之一。

西门子管理委员会成员塞德里克·奈克表示，裁员是出于业务调整和战略转型的需要。他强调，西门子的自动化业务必须变得更快、更灵活，以适应市场的变化。未来，西门子将加大在印度、美国等市场的投入，并积极拓展航空航天、国防工业以及流程工业等领域。

然而，德国金属工业工会IG Metall对西门子的裁员决定表示强烈不满。他们认为，裁员并不是解决问题的办法，而应该通过积极改变和进一步发展来实现企业的转型。工会呼吁西门子重新审视其裁员计划，并寻求更加合理的解决方案。（旺旺）
