智通财经APP获悉，绿景中国地产(00095)一度跌超12%，截至发稿，跌9.72%，报0.325港元，成交额744.9万港元。
消息面上，3月17日，绿景中国地产发布公告称，由于需要更多时间落实2024年全年业绩，董事会宣布原定于3月18日举行的董事会会议将延期至2025年3月31日召开。此前，绿景中国地产遭剔除出港股通名单，已于3月10日起正式生效。
值得关注的是，今年2月，绿景中国地产公布，公司获悉翘石集团环球有限公司于2月4日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出了对公司的清盘呈请，涉及公司担保本金约21万美元另加应计利息的财务义务。首次聆讯日期定于4月9日。公司将寻求法律措施以坚决反对呈请。
