英诺赛科午后再度拉升涨超23% 美国EPC专利侵权指控被认定属恶意竞争
今日港股市场上，英诺赛科大幅高开，早盘涨超15%。午后英诺赛科再度拉升，截至发稿涨超23%，报64.9港元。
消息面上，昨日英诺赛科宣布，其在与美国宜普公司（EPC）发起的专利侵权案中取得决定性胜利。2025年3月18日，美国专利局对EPC涉案专利（US‘294号专利）作出最终裁定，确定了 EPC 对英诺赛科的指控并无根据，属恶意竞争行为，判决该专利所有权利要求均无效且应被撤销。值得注意的是，3月10日，英诺赛科获纳入沪港通和深港通的合资格股份。
