A key Apple supplier, the company appointed Citic Securities as the sponsor of the offering and Bank of America as the overall coordinator, according to sources.
Lens Technology first revealed plans to issue H shares on March 12. Its Shenzhen-listed shares have risen 18% this year, the publication said.
