朝聚眼科联席公司秘书解淳辞任
3月17日，朝聚眼科（02219）发布公告，宣布公司联席公司秘书解淳已于2025年3月17日辞任，原因是希望投入更多时间处理其他事务。解淳确认与董事会没有意见分歧，且其辞任并无其他需向股东或香港联合交易所披露的事项。
公告还提到，张光弟被委任为新的联席公司秘书，任期三年，自2025年3月17日起生效。张光弟现年32岁，自2020年5月19日起担任执行董事，负责推动公司运营及管理方案。此外，郑程杰将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。公司已向香港联合交易所申请豁免严格遵守上市规则第3.28条及8.17条的要求，张光弟虽然不符合公司秘书资格，但公司认为其具备履行相关职能的能力。该豁免自张先生被委任之日起生效，为期三年。
