智通财经APP讯，建业地产(00832)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度将会取得约人民币30亿元至40亿元的公司权益持有人应占亏损而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得约32.6亿元的公司权益持有人应占亏损。
亏损原因主要是受宏观经济形势及房地产市场下行的综合影响，导致1)基于谨慎性原则，预估了存货、商誉和应收款项减损准备;2)房地产确认收入和毛利率下降。
