恒大(03333.HK) 清盘人去年入禀向集团创办人许家印、其前妻丁玉梅、集团前首席执行官夏海钧及前首席财务官潘大荣等人，以及关联实体公司，追讨合共约60亿美元，法院批出禁制令限制相关人士处置名下分布于全球的600亿港元资产，并要求多名被告披露所持有资产。夏海钧早前向法院申请解除资产冻结令以及豁免披露资产，被法庭拒绝，他未有在法庭要求限期前披露资产。
由于与恒大有关的资产冻结令属国际案件，高等法院法官高浩文昨日(19日)颁发“除非命令”，除非夏海钧于下周五(28日)前披露资产，否则将禁止他在今次诉讼中提出抗辩。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
