美国最大制药商辉瑞公司以25亿英镑（约32.5亿美元）的净价出售了其在伦敦上市的消费者保健公司Haleon剩余的全部7.3%股份。

　　辉瑞以每股385便士的价格出售了6.18亿股Haleon股票。该价格较Haleon周二每股391.10便士的收盘价有1.55%的折扣。

　　此外，Haleon还以同样的价格从辉瑞公司回购了4400万股股票。

　　Haleon旗下拥有Sensodyne牙膏、Aquafresh漱口水以及非处方药Panadol和Advil等品牌，该公司于2019年7月由葛兰素史克和辉瑞的消费者保健业务合并而成。随后，该公司被分拆，并于2022年7月在伦敦证券交易所上市。

　　GSK于2024年5月16日出售了其在Haleon的剩余股份。
