消息面上，3月14日，新城发展发布盈警公告，对比截至2023年12月31日止本公司权益持有人应占溢利约人民币8.793亿元，截至2024年12月31日止本公司权益持有人应占溢利预期将约人民币4.5亿元至人民币5亿元，预期差异主要是由于本公司出售附属公司股权及资产取得的一次性收益减少所致。
