消息面上，理士国际近期宣布计划分拆其子公司Leoch Energy Inc.，并推动其在美国证券交易所独立上市。分拆后，理士国际将专注于国内市场的深耕，而Leoch Energy Inc.则负责海外业务的拓展，如北美洲市场的布局和锂电池生产线的扩展。
国证国际指出，分拆上市有利于公司更好的运营海内外不同的业务，释放留存公司和分拆公司的市值。该行指出，公司在备用电池领域一半来自数据中心的需求，理士已与亚马逊达成战略合作并提供通信备用电池；预计AI数据中心对备用电池要求比较高，比普通数据中心有5倍增量。
