消息面上，港华智慧能源发布2024年全年业绩，期内实现营业额213.14亿港元，同比增加7.42%；股东应占溢利16.06亿港元，同比增加2%；每股基本盈利47.1港仙；拟派发末期股息每股16港仙及特别股息每股3港仙，上年同期派16港仙。
受惠于可再生能源业务表现强劲和燃气业务利润维持稳健及顺价理想下，加上精准管控资本支出和成功降低融资成本，集团年内业务核心利润大幅上升34.5%至16.01亿港元。可再生能源业务的规模效应年内全面体现，净利润大幅跃升五倍至4.79亿港元。
