　　雅仕维（01993）发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度（本年度）取得净利润约人民币1000万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度（上年度）则取得净亏损约人民币 1000万元。董事会认为，净利润增加主要是由于与上年度相比：终止表现不佳的项目后使经营业绩有所改善；若干项目的特许费减少；及整体成本控制策略行之有效所致。
