Enerflex's President, CEO Marc Rossiter Steps Down, CFO Preet Dhindsa Named Interim CEO

Enerflex (EFXT) said late Wednesday that President and Chief Executive Marc Rossiter stepped down from his roles, effective immediately.

The company has named Chief Financial Officer Preet Dhindsa interim CEO, while Vice President Treasury Joe Ladouceur has been named interim CFO, Enerflex added.

The energy infrastructure and transition services provider said its board has started a search for the next CEO.

Enerflex's stock was down 5.4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
